Miner League Baseball and Softball Academy is offering discounted rates for private instruction for all new players who sign up for the upcoming season. MLBSA has many players who have trained at the facility and moved on to play college baseball or softball. We pride ourselves in providing the best instruction in the area and looking forward in helping your son or daughter progress to their maximum potential. MLBSA has very god instructors who have experience playing professionally or at the college level, as well as teaching all age and skill levels. Miner League Baseball and Softball Academy would like to send out our thoughts and prayers to the Sligh family, who lost their son Stuart in a recent automobile accident. I had the pleasure of working with Stuart on his game and will always remember how dedicated and passionate he was about getting better and making his teammates better as well.

Stuart was a born leader on and off the field, which showed when he played for the Miner League Titans a few years ago. We all know how great of an athlete Stuart was, but he was even a greater student and person. His love for his family, friends, and teammates will always be in our hearts. I personally would like to send out my deepest sympathy to Stuarts family, and friends and the Country Day Community and encourage everyone to pray that God gives them strength in this extremely difficult time.

It was an honor and privilege to work with Stuart, and he will never be forgotten!
